Youth Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based training program that teaches parents, caregivers, and adults who work with youth how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in children and adolescents.
Just like physical first aid, mental health first aid gives you the skills to provide initial support until professional help is available—or until the crisis resolves.
This nationally recognized certification program, taught by trained instructors like Gabriela, equips you with practical tools to support the young people in your life with confidence and compassion.
