Listen deeply to understand your unique situation and challenges
Ask powerful questions that help you gain clarity and insight
Provide tools and strategies tailored to your family's needs
Hold space for you to process, problem-solve, and discover your own answers
Support and encourage you as you navigate this complex journey
Coaching is especially valuable when:
You feel overwhelmed, lost, or stuck in your parenting journey
Traditional parenting advice doesn't work for your neurodivergent child
You're struggling to balance your child's needs with your own wellbeing
You need practical strategies and someone who truly understands
You want to become a more confident, grounded parent
Important: Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment. If you or your child needs therapeutic support, please consult a licensed mental health professional.
You Are the Expert on Your Family
I don't believe in cookie-cutter solutions or generic parenting scripts. You know your child and your family better than anyone. My role is to help you tap into that knowledge, trust yourself, and build strategies that work for YOU—not for some textbook family.
Lived Experience + Professional Expertise
I bring both personal experience (10+ years navigating neurodivergent parenting) and professional training (Youth Mental Health First Aid, mental health coaching) to every session. I've been in your shoes, and I also have the tools and frameworks to help you move forward.
Practical, Not Theoretical
We don't spend our time on abstract concepts or wishful thinking. We focus on real, actionable strategies you can implement immediately. Every session is designed to leave you with clarity, tools, and next steps.
Let's talk about where you are, where you want to be, and whether coaching is right for you. No pressure, no obligation—just a conversation.
Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented, helping you achieve specific goals and make changes. Therapy typically addresses mental health conditions, past trauma, and emotional healing. Both are valuable, but they serve different purposes. I'm a coach, not a therapist.
No! Coaching is FOR YOU—to support YOUR wellbeing, confidence, and skills as a parent. We focus on you, though we'll certainly talk about your child and strategies to support them.
That's what the free consultation is for! We'll talk through your situation, and I'll be honest about whether coaching is a good fit. If it's not, I'll point you toward other resources.
You'll have "homework"—action steps, reflection exercises, or tools to practice. You can also email me with questions or updates between sessions.
Absolutely! Coaching and therapy complement each other beautifully.
